Our offer of courses

The database includes state-supported German courses. These are primarily aimed at adult foreigners residing in the canton of Basel-Stadt. The course offerings are varied and geared towards different target groups:
Newcomers, professionals with a need for subject-oriented language proficiency, persons who are unfamiliar with learning, persons seeking a language diploma, persons with special needs, specific language groups, persons with additional need to catch up in the area of basic competences, women, mothers/fathers/children.
Some of the German language courses for adults are linked to a childcare offer. While the mothers/fathers attend a German course, their children (from 6 months to pre-school age) are cared for and supported in the use of German standard language.
